By downloading and using Wend, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the App

Wend is a logic puzzle game where you fill a 6×6 grid with two symbols (a sun and a moon) following balance and adjacency rules, and progress through increasingly difficult levels. You may use the App for personal entertainment purposes.

2. Virtual Currency

• Wend uses an in-game virtual currency called "coins".
• Coins can be earned by completing puzzles, watching rewarded ads, and claiming daily streak rewards.
• Coins can be spent on in-game actions such as hints, undo, and extra time.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded outside of the App.

3. In-App Purchases

• Wend does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. The App is free to download and play, and is supported by advertising.

4. Advertising

• Wend displays rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game coins or benefits.
• Wend may also display interstitial ads between gameplay sessions.
• A banner ad may be shown on certain screens.
• Watching rewarded ads is always optional and never required to play the game.

5. Leaderboard & User Content

• Your game progress is stored locally on your device.
• If you take part in the optional leaderboard, the nickname, country flag, avatar, and level you submit are stored under an anonymous identifier via Firebase. You are responsible for choosing a nickname that is appropriate and not offensive.
• Uninstalling the App may result in loss of local game progress.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, puzzle designs, and code belong to OlaaSoft. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior permission.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We strive to provide the best experience, but we do not guarantee:

• The App will always function uninterrupted or bug-free.
• Game progress will be preserved in all circumstances (e.g., device failure, app deletion).

8. Limitation of Liability

• OlaaSoft is not responsible for any data loss on your device. You are responsible for managing your local data.
• We are not liable for any loss of in-game currency or progress due to device issues or app removal.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
