By downloading and using TurboScanner, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the App

TurboScanner is designed to let you scan, crop, enhance, sign, and export documents using your device camera. You may use the App for personal or business purposes.

2. User Content

• All documents, images, and signatures you create remain your property.
• OlaaSoft does not store your documents or images on its servers.
• All content is processed and stored locally on your device.

3. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, and code belong to OlaaSoft. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior permission.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We strive to provide accurate results, but we do not guarantee:

• OCR text recognition will always be 100% accurate.
• The App will always function uninterrupted or bug-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

• OlaaSoft is not responsible for any data loss on your device. You are responsible for managing and backing up your local data.
• We are not liable for decisions or actions taken based on scanned or OCR outputs.

6. Subscription Policy

If you choose to subscribe to TurboScanner Premium, the following terms apply:

• Premium Weekly: Billed weekly. Unlocks all features including PDF export, sharing, OCR text copy, and digital signature.
• Premium Yearly: Billed annually at a discounted rate.
• Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
• Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple Support for details.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
