These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of OlaaSoft Shorts (the "App"), an internal video-publishing tool operated by OlaaSoft. By installing, configuring, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
OlaaSoft Shorts is an internal automation tool used by OlaaSoft to publish pre-produced short-form videos to social media accounts owned and operated by OlaaSoft, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The App is not a consumer product and is not offered to the general public.
The App is intended for use only by authorized OlaaSoft team members, and only to publish content to OlaaSoft-owned accounts that have explicitly authorized the App via the relevant platform's OAuth flow. Any other use is prohibited.

All videos published through the App are produced or sourced by OlaaSoft and remain the responsibility of OlaaSoft. We are responsible for obtaining any necessary rights to the material published.

The App relies on third-party APIs (TikTok, Meta, Google) and services (Anthropic for metadata generation). We are not responsible for downtime, rate limiting, policy changes, or other issues caused by these third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OlaaSoft makes no guarantees about uptime, successful publishing, or compatibility with future platform changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OlaaSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
