This Privacy Policy explains how OlaaSoft handles information when you use OlaaSoft Shorts (the "App"), an internal tool used by our team to publish short-form videos to our own social media accounts. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of the App

OlaaSoft Shorts is an internal publishing tool operated by OlaaSoft. It is used solely by our team to upload pre-produced videos to social media accounts owned and operated by OlaaSoft. The App is not distributed to end users, and it does not collect information from members of the public.

2. Data We Collect

OlaaSoft Shorts interacts with the following data strictly for the purpose of publishing videos:

• OAuth access tokens issued by TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube so the App can publish to OlaaSoft-owned accounts on our behalf.
• Account identifiers (such as the TikTok open_id) returned by the platform after authorization. These identify only our own accounts.
• Upload metadata (video title, description, hashtags, upload status) generated by our pipeline and stored locally.

We do not collect data from any TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube user other than the OlaaSoft-owned accounts that authorize the App.

3. How Data Is Stored

All tokens and metadata are stored on infrastructure controlled by OlaaSoft. Tokens are kept only for as long as they are needed to publish content and are rotated or revoked as required. We do not share this data with third parties.

4. TikTok API Usage

OlaaSoft Shorts uses the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API to upload videos to OlaaSoft-owned TikTok accounts. We use these APIs in accordance with the TikTok API Terms of Service and the TikTok Privacy Policy. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than publishing our own content.

5. Instagram & YouTube Usage

The App uses the Instagram Graph API and the YouTube Data API v3 to publish videos to OlaaSoft-owned accounts. Use of these APIs is governed by Meta's and Google's respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Third-Party Services

OlaaSoft Shorts relies on the following third-party services to function:

• TikTok for Developers: Content Posting API and Login Kit.
• Meta / Instagram Graph API: Reels publishing.
• Google / YouTube Data API v3: Shorts publishing.
• Anthropic: Claude is used to generate English-language video titles and descriptions. No user content from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube is sent to Anthropic.

7. Children's Privacy

OlaaSoft Shorts is an internal tool and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

8. Data Deletion

Because OlaaSoft Shorts stores only our own OAuth tokens and upload metadata, there is no end-user data to delete. Access tokens can be revoked at any time from the relevant TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
