By downloading and using Patches, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the App

Patches is a puzzle game where you solve pattern-matching challenges, earn coins, and progress through increasingly difficult levels. You may use the App for personal entertainment purposes.

2. Virtual Currency

• Patches uses an in-game virtual currency called "coins".
• Coins can be earned by completing puzzles, watching rewarded ads, and claiming daily streak rewards.
• Coins can be spent on in-game actions such as hints, undo, extra time, and skipping puzzles.
• Coins can also be purchased through in-app purchases.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded outside of the App.

3. In-App Purchases

• Patches offers optional consumable in-app purchases (coin packs) that provide additional in-game coins.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Consumable: Purchased coins are added to your balance immediately and are consumed as you use them in the game.
• No Subscriptions: Patches does not offer subscription-based purchases.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple Support for details.

4. Advertising

• Patches displays rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game coins or benefits.
• Patches may also display interstitial ads between gameplay sessions.
• A banner ad may be shown on certain screens.
• Watching rewarded ads is always optional and never required to play the game.

5. User Content

• All game progress and data remain stored locally on your device.
• OlaaSoft does not store your game data on its servers.
• Uninstalling the App may result in loss of all game progress and purchased coins.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, puzzle designs, and code belong to OlaaSoft. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior permission.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We strive to provide the best experience, but we do not guarantee:

• The App will always function uninterrupted or bug-free.
• Game progress will be preserved in all circumstances (e.g., device failure, app deletion).

8. Limitation of Liability

• OlaaSoft is not responsible for any data loss on your device. You are responsible for managing your local data.
• We are not liable for any loss of in-game currency or progress due to device issues or app removal.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
