By downloading and using Motive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the App

Motive is a murder-mystery logic puzzle game. You use clues to place suspects on a room plan and deduce who is alone with the body. You may use the App for personal entertainment purposes.

2. In-App Purchases

Motive contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. The App is free to play and supported by advertising.

3. Advertising

• Motive displays rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits such as extra hints.
• Motive may also display interstitial ads between gameplay sessions.
• A banner ad may be shown on certain screens.
• An app open ad may be shown during an eligible app launch.
• Watching rewarded ads is always optional and never required to play the game.

4. Leaderboard & User Content

• Your game progress is stored locally on your device.
• If you take part in the optional leaderboard, the nickname, country flag, avatar, and level you submit are stored under an anonymous identifier via Firebase. You are responsible for choosing a nickname that is appropriate and not offensive.
• Uninstalling the App may result in loss of local game progress.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, puzzle designs, and code belong to OlaaSoft. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We strive to provide the best experience, but we do not guarantee:

• The App will always function uninterrupted or bug-free.
• Game progress will be preserved in all circumstances (e.g., device failure, app deletion).

7. Limitation of Liability

• OlaaSoft is not responsible for any data loss on your device. You are responsible for managing your local data.
• We are not liable for any loss of in-game currency or progress due to device issues or app removal.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
