This Privacy Policy explains how OlaaSoft handles your information when you use the mobile application Motive. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

Your core gameplay data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:

• Puzzle and level progress and completion history
• Coin balance and reward history
• Game settings and preferences
• Daily streak and achievement data

2. Online Leaderboard (Optional)

Motive includes an optional global and weekly leaderboard. The App creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication identifier so it can securely support leaderboard features. No email address, phone number, or real name is required. If you appear on the leaderboard, the following is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under that randomly generated identifier:

• A nickname you choose (you can change it at any time)
• A country flag you select
• An avatar you select
• Your highest level reached and your weekly level count

Core cases remain playable without submitting a nickname or real-world identity.

3. In-App Purchases

Motive does not offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions. The App is free to play and supported by advertising.

4. Advertising and Privacy Choices

Motive is supported by advertising. Ads are served through Google AdMob, which may use Unity Ads and Pangle as mediated ad sources. These providers may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-address-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, protect, and personalize advertising where permitted.

Where required, we present consent and privacy choices before requesting ads. On iOS, the App asks for tracking permission only through the system prompt after the applicable consent flow. You can reopen ad privacy options in the App's Settings, and you can also manage advertising preferences in your device settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging (Google LLC): Used for anonymous sign-in, the optional leaderboard, crash reporting, feature configuration, and optional notifications.
• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) and Mixpanel: Starting with version 2.2.0, used to understand app usage and plan improvements. These services process app opens and sessions, app and device information, SDK-generated identifiers, and approximate location derived from the IP address. We do not send your leaderboard nickname or Firebase sign-in identifier to Mixpanel. Product analytics operates separately from advertising privacy choices.
• Sentry: Used for error and crash reporting. Performance tracing is disabled.
• Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Pangle: Used to display and measure ads, subject to the choices described above.

6. Offline Use

Core gameplay works without an internet connection. An internet connection is required for ads, the optional leaderboard, analytics delivery, crash reporting, remote configuration, and optional notifications. Analytics SDKs may queue events on the device while offline and send them when a connection is available.

7. Children's Privacy

Motive is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and/or on this page with a new effective date.

9. Your Choices and Contact

You can remove local gameplay data from the App's settings or by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of leaderboard data associated with your anonymous identifier, or for questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at:
