Boxlings is a blind-box collecting game published by OlaaSoft. This policy explains what the app stores and what leaves your device.
Request deletion of your Boxlings account or data
Your collection, shard balance, progress, streak, achievements and settings are saved locally on your device. Selected collection information and scores are also shared through the online features described below. Removing the app and its local data removes local progress, unless your operating system restores it from a backup.
On the first launch of an ad-supported build, we ask your age before configuring ads. The confirmed answer is stored only on your device and cannot be edited in the app. We do not send your age or a birth date to our servers, analytics services or ad partners. Ad partners receive the resulting child-directed or non-child-directed treatment setting, not your answer. Until an answer is confirmed, the child-directed default applies. Builds without ads do not ask this question.
After you open a box while online, the app automatically participates in the leaderboard using a Firebase anonymous player account. You do not need to create a username/password login or provide an email address to play, but anonymous sign-in still creates a technical account identifier.
Your player nickname, emoji avatar, country label and score appear on the leaderboard. Other players can tap your entry to see the list of toys you have found. We store these profile and score records, found-toy IDs and update timestamps using Firebase. They are not private local-only data. Do not put your real name or contact information in your nickname.
Boxlings is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, which may use Unity Ads as a mediated ad source. These providers may process technical device and network information, ad interactions and, where permitted, advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads.
For an unanswered age question or an age under 13, ad requests use child-directed treatment and a general-audience (G) content limit. App-open ads are disabled, Unity advertising consent is denied, and the app does not request iOS tracking permission for these players.
For players aged 13 and over, ad requests use non-child-directed treatment with a teen (T) content limit. Google's consent flow handles applicable regional advertising choices and may present an iOS tracking permission prompt. We pass the resulting advertising consent choices to Unity. The iOS advertising identifier is accessible only when tracking permission is granted; the Android build does not request the AD_ID permission. Declining tracking does not by itself remove all advertising.
Banner ads may appear on game screens. Full-screen ads are placed between activities, and rewarded ads are optional offers. For eligible players aged 13 and over, app-open ads may appear from the third launch, subject to consent, ad availability and frequency limits. No full-screen ad is scheduled inside the box-opening animation.

Boxlings contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Shards are earned by playing and cannot be bought. We never collect or process payment information of any kind.
We use Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry to find out when the app crashes and investigate technical errors. Reports may include app and operating-system versions, device details, error traces and technical installation identifiers. These are diagnostic records, not a promise that no data is collected. Sentry's default personal-data collection, screenshot attachments and performance tracing are disabled.
We use Mixpanel to understand how the game is used. Our custom home-opened event includes app version, platform, language, boxes opened and distinct toys found. The Mixpanel SDK also automatically records first app opens, app updates and session activity, including session duration, and uses technical SDK identifiers. Our custom event properties do not include your age, nickname, email address or other text you type. This analytics data leaves your device.
Firebase Analytics is disabled in Boxlings.

Box opening, Toy Match and locally saved collections can work offline. This does not mean that every feature works without a connection: ads, online rankings, visits to other players' collections, analytics and crash-report delivery use the internet. After a run of boxes, a progress break offers either a 30-minute wait or an available rewarded ad; offline play cannot use the ad shortcut.
Boxlings is suitable for all ages and is treated as a mixed-audience app that may be used by children. The locally stored age answer controls the advertising treatment described above; an under-13 or unknown age never enables tracking prompts or app-open ads.
The game does not ask for a real name, email address, phone number or full date of birth during gameplay. The public leaderboard and technical diagnostics described in this policy still matter for children's privacy. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child's information or request its deletion using the route below.
Removing local app data is separate from deleting online information. Uninstalling does not automatically delete a Firebase account, leaderboard entry or published collection.
The current release does not offer an in-app account-deletion button. To request deletion of your online account, leaderboard entries or public collection, email choicy.appstore@gmail.com with the subject Boxlings data deletion request. Tell us the player nickname and country shown in the app and whether you are requesting deletion for yourself or as a parent or guardian. We may ask for limited additional information to locate and verify the correct anonymous account before deleting data. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents in your initial request.
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information in your message to handle your request. Contact us before uninstalling if you need help identifying the online records associated with your device.
