This Privacy Policy explains what information AdMob Pulse ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data We Collect

AdMob Pulse itself does not host a backend that stores your AdMob earnings. All earnings, eCPM, and breakdown data shown in the dashboard are fetched directly from Google's AdMob API to your device and cached locally for offline reading. However, the App embeds well-known third-party SDKs that collect a limited amount of data necessary to deliver ads, measure crashes, and improve the product. Specifically:

• Name and email address — Provided by Google when you sign in. Used on-device to identify which AdMob account is being viewed; also processed by Google as the identity provider. Linked to your identity. Not used for tracking.
• User ID — A Google account identifier returned by Google Sign-In. Linked to your identity. Used to authenticate AdMob API requests on your device. Not used for tracking.
• Device ID (advertising identifier / IDFA) — Collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to render ads. Linked to your identity. Used for tracking when you grant App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS.
• Product interaction events — Anonymized usage analytics (screens opened, taps, period switches) collected by Mixpanel and Firebase Analytics. Linked to your identity. Not used for tracking.
• Advertising data — Information about which ads were served and basic engagement, collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Not linked to your identity. Used for tracking (ad measurement and personalization).
• Crash data — Stack traces, device model, OS version, and minimal diagnostic information collected by Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry. Not linked to your identity. Not used for tracking.

2. Google Sign-In and AdMob API Access

To show your AdMob earnings, AdMob Pulse uses Google Sign-In and requests read-only access to your AdMob account through the Google AdMob API:

• Scope requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly — view AdMob reports and configuration only. The App cannot create, modify, or delete anything in your AdMob account.
• OAuth tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore on your device. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Your AdMob earnings and statistics are not transmitted to OlaaSoft servers. They flow directly from Google's AdMob API to your device and are cached locally.

3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, the App presents the standard App Tracking Transparency prompt before the Google Mobile Ads SDK is initialized. Choosing "Ask App Not to Track" disables personalised advertising and the IDFA — the App's core functionality (viewing your AdMob stats) works identically with or without tracking permission. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Advertising

AdMob Pulse displays banner and interstitial advertisements served by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google's use of advertising data is governed by Google's own policies; see Google Ads & Privacy. The App contains no third-party ad networks other than Google Mobile Ads.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each link goes to that vendor's own privacy notice:

• Google AdMob API (Google LLC) — Fetches your own AdMob earnings on your behalf. Read-only. Privacy.
• Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google LLC) — Renders the banner and interstitial ads shown inside the App. Ads & Privacy.
• Google Sign-In (Google LLC) — Authentication for AdMob API access. Privacy.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google LLC) — Anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting. Privacy.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) — Used only for the optional notification token; no marketing pushes are sent.
• Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC) — Used to control the force-update banner and feature flags. No personal data sent.
• Mixpanel — Anonymized product analytics to improve the app experience. Privacy.
• Sentry — Crash and error tracking. Privacy.

6. Pricing

AdMob Pulse is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paid tiers. The App is monetized solely through the advertising described in Section 4.

7. Offline Use

Cached earnings and statistics remain readable without an internet connection. An internet connection is required to refresh data from the AdMob API and to load ads.

8. Children's Privacy

AdMob Pulse is a developer tool intended for app publishers and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

The data listed in Section 1 is retained by the respective third-party processors according to their own retention policies (linked above). To remove all local data, simply uninstall the App. To revoke Google AdMob access, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions. For analytics deletion requests, email us at the address in Section 11 and we will forward your request to the relevant processor.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and/or on this page with a new effective date.
